    Yes, ECR Car Retail has always stayed in contact with you to continue to help you as a wholesaler. We follow all measures recommended by the government and put the health of our customers and employees first. We provide face masks, gloves, disinfectant gel and limit visits to our offices. We continue to monitor the situation closely and advise everyone to comply with the measures recommended by their region or country.

  • Do you only sell to traders with a registered VAT number?

    Yes, ECR Car Retail is exclusively an international source of purchase for independent car dealers, official distributors, car rental companies and leasing companies.

  • Which makes do you sell?

    ECR Car Retail sells more than 30 brands. All our brands can be found on this page.

  • How do I get access to the online portal

    Are you an independent car dealer, official distributor, car rental company or leasing company? Then register here. Fill in the form to the maximum extent possible. You will receive a confirmation of registration via your given e-mail address. We are now doing everything we can to process your request as soon as possible. Keep your phone ready or check your inbox. Don't forget to check your spam inbox. An account manager from our Sales Team will contact you. Once your registration has been processed and approved, you will receive an e-mail from your account manager with a link to complete your profile. You can recheck your completed data and choose a password that you can easily remember. You can then immediately view our wide range of new, used and commercial vehicles.

  • I can't register via the registration form?

    If you are unable to register, you have already submitted an application with your completed details. We will ensure that we process your application as soon as possible. Were you not the one who previously submitted a registration form? In that case, please contact us via chat or e-mail to

  • I forgot my password, what now?

    No problem. When you try to log in to our website, choose "forgot your password" in the login screen. You can also find this page hereYou enter your e-mail address and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  • I can't reset my password on

    If you previously filled in the registration form at and you cannot reset your password when you try to log in, there is a chance that your request is still being processed.   • How do I change my personal or company information?

    After logging in with your details on, you can find the "my account" button at the top right. Here you can change your personal details, company details, password and management of the newsletters. By clicking on change at the bottom, your changes will be saved.

  • Are the prices on the online portal excluding VAT?

    Yes, the prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT.

  • Can I check the list price?

    Yes, as a wholesaler, ECR Car Retail always makes the market study to offer you, as a customer, those cars with a competitive price. We are happy to share with you this knowledge. Along with the cars you can find the list price excl. VAT for your country or for a highly dominant country in the car industry.

  • Where can I find the general terms and conditions of sale?

    Every purchase you make at ECR Car Retail is subject to our terms and conditions of sale. You can find them here.

  • Vehicle to order? How does it work?

    Vehicles that can be ordered are indicated on our website with the blue label "on order". For each of these vehicles you can find the delivery time and minimum quantity to order (MOQ). You can order these vehicles with a fixed configuration, partially or completely self-configurable list. To do so, contact the account manager responsible for your region. This order is subject to the terms and conditions of sale which can be found here.

  • Does ECR Car Retail also provide transport when purchasing vehicles?

    That is certainly possible! When purchasing vehicles, the transport is agreed in consultation with the account manager responsible for your region. As a wholesaler, we have a large portfolio of transporters and we always have market consistent prices. You are not obliged to book a transport at ECR Car Retail.

  • What's a car ID?

    The car ID is an easy way to communicate about a car with an account manager. Don't hesitate to mention it when talking to us. You can find the car ID on our website in the overview on the left underneath the photo, just above the make when you open a page of a car and next to each photo in our email communication.

  • How do I compare vehicles?

    It's very simple. Many vehicles can sometimes be different in small details, which results in a different sales price. That's why we make it easy for you. When you are on the overview page of our vehicles, you can select "compare" under each picture. You can do that for a maximum of three vehicles. At the bottom of the screen you will see an extra window unfold. You can add and remove vehicles here. By clicking on "compare" in this window, you will get an overview of all the differences.

  • What is customer mode and how does it work?

    The White label version or also customer mode of the website makes it possible to make a simulation of selected vehicles on which a price increase is shown and a country dependent VAT is applied. It’s entirely up to you how much the price is increased and in the next question you will see how to do this step by step. All branding of ECR Car Retail is removed on the website, allowing you to show your customers our online portal as a digital presentation platform of the desired vehicles for your business. You can also print quotations for your customer here without any mention of ECR Car Retail and with your contact details.

  • How do I activate the customer mode?

    You activate the customer mode after having logged in with your login details on On the homepage you will find the button "customer mode" at the top right of the homepage. You can increase a price in two ways: a percentage increase or a fixed amount on top of the sales price. You choose the VAT percentage that applies to you and activate the chosen settings with the button at the bottom. You are now in customer mode without branding of ECR Car Retail.

  • Can I use photos of ECR Car Retail on my own website?

    No. ECR Car Retail prohibits any reproduction, public disclosure or reuse of the website regarding text, images, logos and information in any way. Approval can only be obtained by a prior written request from you to ECR Car Retail that includes the express request for access and where ECR Car Retail has confirmed this request for access in writing.
